Our trainers are excited to serve you by drawing upon their extensive experience in fields such as kinesiology, sports psychology, sports science, nutrition, physiology, and athletic training. Dustin Yudowitch
"Yudo" is a nationally certified personal trainer, running instructor, and nutritionist. Mr. Yudowitch presents an exclusive fitness studio that offers personality and pricing you can be excited about. He looks forward to matching you up with a trainer that will effectively work towards your fitness goals. He is also an enthusiast towards smiling so expect one at the door.
Trevor Smithson
Trevor Smithson is a nationally certified personal trainer of master status. He is also a competitive weight lifter who stays active in his search for effective workout progressions. His athletic background and experiences as a professional make him more than fit to work with clients of all physical levels. From young athletes to elderly patrons, Trevor is intent on seeing Stride Club members reach their wellness goals. If you want to be your best you might consider training with the best. Trevor stays very in tune with his client's needs and takes his work very seriously. Behind all that smiling he is business.

Laura Hoffman
Laura Hoffman is a graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Health Science and a concentration in Health Promotion and Education. Her approach towards wellness and her unbelievably positive attitude fit right in with the values and appeal of Stride Club. Laura continues to show that she is very effective when it comes to working with weight loss, toning, and other aspects of fitness.
Laura Eilers
Laura is a NASM certified personal trainer of master status. She is also a certified group fitness instructor in strength, dance, and kickboxing. Along with her impressive background as a trainer, she has great experience in other fitness-related activities. Laura was an NFL cheerleader for six years. She spent last year with the St. Louis Rams and the five previous with the Kansas City Chiefs. Currently, she is the Dance team and Game Entertainment Director for the Richmond Raiders indoor professional football team. Laura brings much experience and personality to the table and certainly looks forward to working with you soon.
Ben Rowden
Ben grew up in metro Detroit playing baseball, football, lacrosse, and basketball. After high school Ben went to Colgate University to play football. Ben later worked in the strength and conditioning program training a great number of collegiate athletes. Upon graduation, Ben became a personal trainer in the health club setting in Detroit. Ben received ACE and NASM certifications and taught individuals, small groups, and ran several boot camps. Ben is more than comfortable helping a wide array of individuals meet their fitness goals.
Amanda Coate
Amanda Coate is more than a wellness coach; she is an influential change agent facilitating higher levels of physical and mental well-being. Recognized for her contagious enthusiasm and motivation, Amanda leads clients to achieve total body wellness through fun and results driven experiences. As a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, speaker and coach she has developed health enthusiasts of all levels, ages, shapes, and sizes.
Lindsey Sutphin
Lindsey is a nationally certified personal trainer and kickboxing instructor. She embraces Holistic Wellness, believing that we must first change the processes of the mind to improve the body. Lindsey also has an interest in Energy Healing and likes to incorporate meditation and affirmations in with some of her client's programs. She believes the body is capable of any physical challenge with the help of a positive attitude and healthy self-image.
Josh McKim
Josh is a golf professional and brings a great deal to the table. He is certified in both fitness and group fitness as well. He enjoys helping clients in the areas of toning and sports-specific development. Whether you want to perfect your golf game or get in top physical shape, Josh is a very effective trainer.
