Stride Club is very proud of its qualified staff. Our trainers are excited to serve you by drawing upon their extensive experience in fields such as kinesiology, sports psychology, sports science, nutrition, physiology, and athletic training. Stride Club only employs individuals who are excited to work with you so expect a smile upon arrival.
Dustin Yudowitch
"Yudo" is a nationally certified personal trainer, running instructor, and nutritionist. Mr. Yudowitch presents an exclusive fitness studio that offers personality and pricing you can be excited about. He looks forward to matching you up with a trainer that will effectively work towards your fitness goals. He is also an enthusiast towards smiling so expect one at the door.
Antoine King
Antoine has several years of experience within the fitness industry and is a nationally certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is currently a nursing student and also a Patient Care technician at a local hospital's Intensive Care unit. Antoine loves to help others and feels that any personal fitness goal is achievable through hard work and consistency.
Trey McFerren
Trey is a nationally certified personal trainer and an endurance athlete who understands the discipline it takes to excel in those types of sports. He specializes in sports-specific conditioning and strength training. As driven as he is about his own fitness, he is most passionate about helping others reach their fitness potential. Trey believes that in order to get results, you must clearly define your goals first, and as a trainer he will work with you as a partner to stick to a plan that reaches those goals. During training, he applies his understanding of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and nutrition.

Tamara Leuschen
Tamara is an AFAA certified PFT with a background in tennis, triathlons, swimming, and running. She is a Richmond native and UVA graduate who enjoys incorporating enthusiasm and energy into a power packed workout. Tamara focuses on our female client base and offers individual and duet training in addition to small group classes. She can work with you to trim down for a wedding, get fit as a new mom, or simply improve your sports performance, tone, lose weight, and feel great.
Laura Eilers
Laura is a NASM certified personal trainer of master status. She is also a certified group fitness instructor in strength, dance, and kickboxing. Along with her impressive background as a trainer, she has great experience in other fitness-related activities. Laura was an NFL cheerleader for six years. She spent last year with the St. Louis Rams and the five previous with the Kansas City Chiefs. Currently, she is the Dance team and Game Entertainment Director for the Richmond Raiders indoor professional football team. Laura brings much experience and personality to the table and certainly looks forward to working with you soon.
Ben Rowden
Ben grew up in metro Detroit playing baseball, football, lacrosse, and basketball. After high school Ben went to Colgate University to play football. Ben later worked in the strength and conditioning program training a great number of collegiate athletes. Upon graduation, Ben became a personal trainer in the health club setting in Detroit. Ben received ACE and NASM certifications and taught individuals, small groups, and ran several boot camps. Ben is more than comfortable helping a wide array of individuals meet their fitness goals.
Amanda Coate
Amanda Coate is more than a wellness coach; she is an influential change agent facilitating higher levels of physical and mental well-being. Recognized for her contagious enthusiasm and motivation, Amanda leads clients to achieve total body wellness through fun and results driven experiences. As a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, speaker and coach she has developed health enthusiasts of all levels, ages, shapes, and sizes.
Josh McKim
Josh is a golf professional and brings a great deal to the table. He is certified in both fitness and group fitness as well. He enjoys helping clients in the areas of toning and sports-specific development. Whether you want to perfect your golf game or get in top physical shape, Josh is a very effective trainer.
Nadia Hyder - Communications Strategist
Nadia works on forming strategic partnerships with Stride Club and takes on other marketing and communications endeavors for the studio with an energetic and upbeat attitude. Her goals are to help catapult the growth of Stride Club as not only a premier private fitness studio, but as a business that gives back to the community through continuous charity works. She is a licensed attorney from William & Mary and is currently pursuing a master's in Creative Brand Management at the acclaimed advertising school, The VCU Brandcenter.
Allyson Bruhn - Accounts Manager
Allyson works to ensure the "behind the scenes" aspects of Stride Club are in order so you can have the best training experience possible. She will make sure your contract is customized to best fit your needs and that all paperwork is in order. Allyson is a great addition to a staff that puts you first.
