Group Fit:

Tony King is heading up a new look for fitness in 2012! The release of the SC Group Fit is exciting for anyone looking to lose weight, tone up, and improve overall wellness. This full-body workout is great for everyone from beginners to those with experience in high-level training. We should add that there will be a live DJ for specific sections! DJ Prolific will make sure you work it out as he will be on hand for the fitness party.

With a private training environment comes prime attention to detail. SC patrons are encouraged to ask trainers what they can do to address individual needs. We will work to support you in reaching your fitness goals by means of workout plans, nutritional guidance, and tips to overcome any other hurdles you may have.
